Why do I need a calculator for underpants?

Because you’ve definitely over- or under-packed before. This tool helps you find the perfect balance between hygiene, humidity and irrational fear.

What’s the logic behind the results?

We use a scientifically-questionable formula: 1 pair per day +1 or 2 based on risk factor (e.g. dodgy food, panic-packing) +extra pairs if your destination is sweaty (high humidity) You’re welcome.

What if I wear the same pair twice?

You’re a brave soul. We salute you. The calculator assumes daily changes though, for obvious olfactory reasons.

    What counts as high humidity?

70% and up. At that point, you’re one long walk from swamp arse. The calculator adds extras accordingly.

What if I run out anyway?

Improvise. Rotate. Pray. Or just use hotel laundry like a responsible adult.

Is this a joke or serious?

    Yes.

    Can I share my result?

Absolutely. Download your shareable Instagram story and let the world know you’re packing 10 pairs for a 3-day trip. No judgement.

Does the calculator work for bras/socks too?

Coming soon… maybe. For now, it’s underpants only. Stay tuned.

    Who built this?

This is the brainchild of Marty Meany. After missing a flight because he couldn’t decide how many underpants to pack for a trip, he said enough was enough.

    (May not have happened)
